More than one in 10 D.C. pub­lic schools will close as part of a plan Chan­cel­lor Kaya Hen­der­son put forth on Thurs­day. The chan­cel­lor removed five schools from her orig­i­nal clo­sure list, includ­ing the Francis-Stevens Edu­ca­tion Cam­pus in North­west Washington.
